Carolyn will be giving a one-hour Online Workshop on February 1, 2025, Saturday at 11:00 am PST. 

This workshop is for 

Diminishing the naso/labial fold lines, lifting up the bottom of the face and eradicating the double chin. 

There will be a 15 minute Question and Answer session after the workshop where you can ask Carolyn anything that's on your mind. 

During the Workshop, you will receive

  • Instruction from Carolyn that your handholds and technique are correct. 
  • You will also receive two digital download videos at the end of the workshop to use at home. A $38- value.  
    • The first video will have instructions for the workout and
    • The second video will be a follow-along video of the whole workout. It takes 12 minutes to complete.
  • You will be sent a Zoom link to the Online Workshop and instructions for how to prepare upon payment. 

The cost of the Workshop is $72. 

About this workout -

Korean Massage and acupressure methods are employed in this massage. You will use medium firm pressure unless otherwise stated. The face is entirely relaxed. NO contractions unless stated to do so.

How are Korean Massage techniques used in this facial workout?

Korean massage techniques, such as lymphatic drainage massage and gua sha-inspired facial massages (we use this technique with our CFF Gua Sha), are known for their potential benefits in reducing the appearance of naso/labial folds (the lines running from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth). These techniques focus on improving circulation, relieving tension, and enhancing skin elasticity, which can contribute to a more youthful and lifted appearance. Go here to see the specific benefits

How is acupressure used to reduce naso/labial fold lines in the face?

Acupressure is a non-invasive technique that uses finger pressure on specific points of the face and body to stimulate circulation, relax muscles, and promote collagen production. When applied to the face, acupressure can help reduce the appearance of naso/labial fold lines by improving skin elasticity and toning the muscles around the cheeks and mouth.
