Korean Massage and acupressure methods are employed in this massage. You will use medium firm pressure unless otherwise stated. The face is entirely relaxed. NO contractions unless stated to do so.

By incorporating this workout 5 days a week, every morning and evening for 3 weeks, you will see a significant lifting of the bottom of the face and the rounding of the cheeks, a flattening and erasing of the n/l fold lines, as well as the double chin area firming up with the jawline.
Suggestions:
Combining this workout with the Fat Pads Lifting and Shaping workout will give you tremendous lift in the lower and middle face. While the Fat Pads routine literally lifts up the fat pads in the whole face, this N/L Fold workout will continue the lift and greatly diminish the n/l fold lines, giving the face an elegant and beautiful contour. Using the CFF Gua Sha will compliment the skin for the final look!
