How are Korean Massage techniques used in this facial workout?

Korean massage techniques, such as lymphatic drainage massage and gua-sha-inspired facial massages (we use this technique with our CFF Gua Sha), are known for their potential benefits in reducing the appearance of naso/labial folds (the lines running from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth).

These techniques focus on improving circulation, relieving tension, and enhancing skin elasticity, which can contribute to a more youthful and lifted appearance.
