An eight-minute workout with and additional four minutes of optional exercises. This workout will lift up the jowls by lifting the lower face and firming the double chin and neck. It will smooth out the skin, especially those lines left behind after the lift or the lower face is achieved. 

You receive three videos

  • One for instruction, including tips for correct handholds! 
  • One for follow-along-with-Carolyn for the actual full workout.
  • One for how to use the CFF Gua Sha with facial exercises for the lower face.

You'll workout twice a day, five days a week for a month or two months, maximum! And then once a day for another month!
