Hello again Carolyn, I hope this email finds you well ... I received my CFF value pack on the 8th June, thank you. I am pleasantly surprised that the process of learning the exercises is very enjoyable and very quick - you have devised a wonderful, user - friendly programme. I had previously embarked upon a competitor’s facial exercise programme and had been working hard on her exercises for 6 months.
