Hi Carolyn, I just wanted to send you a quick photo update! I've drastically reduced how much I've been exercising (about 2 days a week with face firmer on most off days) and have been using the pacing cd along with the modifications you prescribed. What a difference it has made! I am excited to continue this regimen (for the rest of my life really :) (Sara is 29 years old and it's best to exercise less often than more. Plus using a lighter touch)
