Carolyn, You asked me to keep you posted about the fat pad routine, so here’s the latest great news:
At first I did the foundational two days a week and the fat pads two days a week. That didn’t work for me at all. I moved from people telling me that I looked like I’m in my early thirties to people saying I looked like I was in my early 50’s. I’m 60, so I prefer the first assessment!
I stopped the fat pads and went back to just foundational three times a week. I had improvement and started looking like my younger self. 
I decided to try adding the fat pads as a top off to the foundational. I started doing foundational, followed by fat pads, three times a week every other day. This has produced great results! Yesterday in the grocery, a young man came up and volunteered to help me reach an item on the back of the shelf. He called me “Miss”. I haven’t heard that title or had a young man volunteer to assist me in ages!!
Thanks for your help and that is the latest for me! I hope to have more wonderful things to share in the future! (Thank you so much for the evaluation. You prove how important it is to get the workout right.)
