It has been 4 1/2 weeks since I began Carolyn's Facial Fitness program. I have been told by a few people that they can see results already. Besides being excited for the results, the exercises feel really good. They really help to release tension held in the face which gives a better sense of well being. Thank you Carolyn! Patsy
