Hi Carolyn, It has been a year since I started your program!! I truly love it. My cheeks are fuller and I no longer have hollow temples or the beginning signs of jowls! This is also the first year I have not battled with allergies and I believe it is because of your program. Thank you so very much! Thank you for everything! Lily
