Dear Carolyn, I am writing to let you know that your parcel arrived safely and in perfect condition last week. Having now viewed the DVD, I have to compliment you on the outstanding condition of your skin, and obviously the tone of the underlying muscles which support it. The close-up camera work, in particular, was an excellent advertisement for your program, and an inspiring example of what is honestly possible, in a world where so much advertising photography is airbrushed or otherwise falsified.
