Hi Carolyn, I hope you are well. I just wanted to ask you if I should include the new Fat Pads Repositioning and Reshaping Routine (Yes! This is especially helpful for us older women wanting to see our oval faces again) and Lower Jowl Smoother (Yes! This is especially needed as that area wants to crinkle up) in my routine and, if so, how often? (Three days a week) Although I realise I have a long way to go, being 69 when I started CFF, I am really pleased with the results so far. My face is firmer, my complexion looks better, maybe more glowing, my neck is improving, my lips (Philtrum Shortening, Lip Shaping routine) are much better and I think my cheeks are improving so my face is becoming a better oval shape. I don’t think my frown lines look different yet but the area is more relaxed and I think my brow is better than it was. The fat pads on my jaw, particularly on my left side seem to be making my marionette furrows worse though, even when smiling, and I would love to smooth out this area. ....
