Linda’s Story
I’ve been researching and testing facial exercise programs since I was in my late 30s. I was starting to see a bit of facial aging around my eyes and wanted to do something natural to keep my face looking youthful.
After buying and testing about 3-4 different facial workout programs, I finally settled on Carolyn’s Facial Fitness (CFF) because it was the most comfortable and quickest workout program. It only requires 15 minutes a day, 3-4 times a week, while other programs require 45-60 minutes per workout and up to 5 times a week! Who’s got that much time?
However, since I was young and looked pretty good, I didn’t have a sense of “urgency” to follow the program on a regular schedule. While CFF is quick and straightforward, you still have to do it on a weekly basis to get the best results. But, even with my “hit and miss” workout, my eyes started to look less puffy, less wrinkled, and more wide awake.
But I got lazy again and didn’t do the workout for weeks or months at a time, only to start up again, then stop. Until…years later, in my 50s, I accidentally took a very close up picture of my neck from a low angle. Yikes! I was shocked! My neck looked horrible – how did I miss that?
I took a few more pictures of my neck at different angles and sent them to Carolyn, begging her to help me. I confessed to her that I didn’t always do the exercises and felt embarrassed because this was my fault. I had all the tools I needed to keep my face lifted and youthful, and I ignored it due to laziness.
Carolyn gave me several bonus exercises to do for the lower half of the face/neck and explained that I must follow a regular weekly workout schedule in addition to the bonus exercises. And I did!
I also started taking pictures every few weeks so I can document any improvements. You’d be surprised how many subtle changes take place in the first few weeks, but because we look at ourselves daily, we don’t notice them. Taking pictures really helps you see improvements and keeps you motivated and excited about what’s to come.
Well, the changes were incredible! Not only is my neck firmer and smoother, but the brown spot is gone. The improvement in skin tone and clarity is due to the regular use of CFF Vitamin C serum.
Bottom line, Carolyn’s CFF program, and products works, I’m living proof. My skin and facial contours look younger and better now than it did 10 years ago. My only regret is that I didn’t stick with a regular facial workout routine sooner. Like Carolyn said, it’s easier to maintain what you have, then to fix what went wrong, especially the lower face and neck area.
So if you’re reading this and you’re not sure if you’re too young to start a facial workout program, I say do it now, it will be so much easier, and you’ll look so much better in the years to come.
