Hi, again, Carolyn! To recap, you gave me a regime which I began on April 29th 2024 ... It took me at least 3 weeks before I could get my facial muscles to do anything at all. After that, I felt great and even made my own spreadsheet to keep me on track! I usually exercise before going to bed. I have done everything you have directed me to do, and have found the exercises allow me some "me time" and doing them can feel very meditative & relaxing. So, thank you :] I am especially happy with the change to my jawline and the hollowed cheeks. I can now see the firmness beginning to take shape in the cheek muscles. I especially love performing the Advanced Circle Up Rub! Many thanks for all you do & I cannot wait to hear from you so I can continue with the good work! (I sent her a dynamite trio of exercises for lifting the double chin, eradicating the turkey waddle - coming soon - and lifting the midface, which also helps to reposition the fat pads that slip with age and gravity)
