Hi Carolyn, I love this hydrating masque. It's got the right name. I don't need as much moisturizer as I used to use before and I love the way it makes the tops of my hands look even and smooth. I try and use it every day, but I sometimes don't have time but 3 or 4 times a week is good enough. Suzanne
