Dear Carolyn, I noticed from your older exercises that your skin is way smoother (now) what do u think was biggest contributor of that? The Scrub, lotions,?

Answer: It’s from using the the Schedule for Radiant Skin, along with the CFF Gua Sha. I use the skin care every morning and every night and the CFF Gua Shas (I use the two Gua Shas, at once) almost every day. For the last 4 years!  I apply the RSR2 and the CBD cream (contact me if you want it), as well, once a day. As you know, I’m 78 years old and I get compliments on my skin. This regiment has given me a really nice complexion. Of course, the facial exercises give my face shape, too, so this helps. I know there are masks with red light therapy and I think they are wonderful, but the CFF Gua Sha gives me a “massage” with heat (infrared) and vibration, along with the red light and I think this has also made the difference. It penetrates the skincare into my skin. I know you can see it from my older videos and my newer ones! Love. ❤️
