Hi Carolyn, A little bit of this product (Moisturizer Plus) goes a long way. I use it under the eyes and on my eyelids … I have used it on my entire face (remember a little goes a long way) and it's one of the better moisturizers I've ever used. Not oily on my normal skin at all. Dianne
