CFF is offering a Workshop for improving the entire eye area of the face.
Registration is $72.00 for Saturday, September 26, 2026 @ 11:00 am PST
The workout will address hooded eyelids. Hooded eyes feature a fold of excess skin from the brow bone that hangs down and partially or completely covers the upper eyelid and the natural crease. CFF exercises will lift and smooth the entire upper eye area!

The workshop will also address lower eyelid puffiness and circles. Bags under the eyes are mild swelling or puffiness under the eyes. They're common as you age and the tissues around the eyes weaken, including some of the muscles and ligaments supporting the eyelids. Fat that helps support the eyes can then move into the lower eyelids, causing them to appear puffy. Fluid may also accumulate below the eyes.
Common Causes -
- Fluid retention: Eating salty foods or sleeping poorly causes water to pool under the eyes.
- Fat shifting: Aging weakens tissues and muscles, letting normal eye fat push forward into the lower lid.
- Thin skin and blood vessels: Transparent skin makes blood vessels show as dark, bluish circles.
- Allergies: This causes swelling, congestion, and rubbing that darkens the delicate skin around the eyes.
- Genetics: Structural shadows and under-eye bags often run in families.
The Workshop will help to eliminate the puffiness. Red light therapy greatly diminishes or eliminates dark circles, as well.
Crow's feet, those small, fine lines and wrinkles that appear at the outer corners of the eyes are formed by repeated, unconscious movement. For example, squinting at the sun is one of the most common causes of crow's feet appearance. They are easily addressed with CFF facial exercises. CFF will help to totally smooth this area of the face! Notice that crow's feet can show up on the upper, outer cheeks as well.

And malar fat pads, the superficial layer of fat located directly over the cheekbone (the apple of the cheek) that provides youthful fullness and facial contours. CFF helps to reposition the fat pads by strengthening the muscles and ligaments in this area and by moving the fat pads back to their original location in the face. {1}

As we age, a few things happen making eye bags and dark circles under the eyes appear and it happens insidiously and gradually. As we age, the supporting ligaments under the eyes gradually become lax and the small fat pads that support our eyes bulge forward giving the appearance of eye bags. Our mid-face fat pads also start to descend downwards, towards the cheeks, leaving a trough that looks like dark circles under the eyes. CFF strengthens these muscles and ligaments. And, using red light therapy the dark circles fade away over time.

{2} Red Light Therapy - wavelength is 630nm+- Red light therapy brightens and evens-out skin-tone unevenness. It increases collagen and protein while diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It tightens, firms and repairs damaged skin.
Red light therapy is a natural noninvasive treatment that's been found safe and effective across thousands of peer-reviewed studies and trials. It's also a natural anti-inflammatory that helps your cells regenerate and repair. If you're not familiar with red light and its benefits, this overview post gives you a good idea of what red light therapy is and how it works.
{3} Red light therapy is especially beneficial for the eyes. In a 2021 study, researchers asked their test subjects to use red light therapy for three minutes a week over the eyes. These researchers found that this exposure to red light therapy led to a 17-20% improvement in visual acuity!
